Our history

Sanacoop is a diverse type of cooperative dedicated mainly to the provision of health-related services, based on the Patient-Centered Home model.  We are an institution recognized by NCQA as PCMH level 3.   We provide access to specialists through our Multi Specialty floor and access to outpatient care through the CDT GMSP also located in Bayamón.  

Our suppliers serve communities in the region comprised of Comerío, Naranjito, Corozal, Guaynabo, Cataño, Toa Alta, Toa Baja, Dorado, Vega Alta and Bayamón.

We are proud to provide our community with holistic health services by bringing allied health professionals, including mental health and natural medicine.  We offer individualized education for the understanding and management of chronic conditions.  We have a team of highly trained medical professionals and knowledgeable administrative staff who keep our Medical Clinic running efficiently.
